Coffee has been proven to have tons of beneficial antioxidants, so here are three suggestions to make the most of your “cup of Joe!”

#2. AVOID adding one of the flavored creamers…really high in harmful trans fats. Use a little bit of “real” full-fat cream instead, your body can process these fats.
