Training Protocols

Looking to start your fitness journey or a seasoned workout veteran, we provide a wide variety of training protocols so you can achieve sustainable, lifelong goals. We will help you every step of the way.

The coolest place to workout in the area memberships include the following:

Your fitness journey starts with a “New Member” Orientation. This will entail 2 to 3 scheduled one-hour FREE Personal Training sessions with a staff member to customize an exercise, cardio and flexibility program just for you! An exercise card detailing your workout will be created for you to record your progress. In addition, we will ask you to journal one week of your current nutrition so we can suggest healthy changes at your FREE initial nutritional consultation!

You will receive FREE quarterly Personal Training workout routines with your trainer to update all facets of your fitness program throughout the year. You will likely receive the occasional “You Rock!” or “Way to go!” from the staff as you progress in your quest for better health, so be prepared.

Friday: 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
