Sharon Puluso

The Training Centre is owned and managed by Sharon Schofield-Puluso. She has been a leader in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years. A Reebok, Coppertone and CitySport Aerobic Champion in Mixed Pairs, she has been a frequent lecturer at national and international fitness conferences and designed the training protocol for the Austrian National Cycling Team. Her business acumen has been honed through ownership of two fitness businesses prior to The Training Centre.

Sharon’s first company, Aerobic Artistry, designed and staged aerobic competitions and educational seminars for aerobic and fitness instructors. Her most recent fitness enterprise was co-founding and co-owning The Fitness Factory in Seven Fields, which she sold in 2002. Sharon holds a B.S in Health and Physical Education and an M.S. in Exercise Physiology (now classified as Exercise Science) both from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Andrea Clark

Andrea loves motivating clients to take their workouts to the next level. A good challenge is always fun! Her love for health and fitness started when she was just a young teenager. She began teaching aerobic classes when she was 15 years old and then in 1996 fell in love with Spinning. Andrea believes fitness should be fun and there is something out there for everyone. The options are endless! Andrea takes pride in her role to motivate, enable and make training a fun and rewarding experience. ”All you need is some good music and energetic people around you.”

With her Personal Training degree, Andrea is devoted to guiding her clients through a safe, well-designed workout that emphasizes on the use of proper biomechanics, focus on muscular strength and endurance training, flexibility techniques, with an added cardiovascular component.

Something that Andrea is most proud of, is back in 2006, she taught her Spin classes while pregnant with her twin girls all the way up to week 38…now, that was a sight to see!!!

Cindy Esser, Spin Instructor

Fitness is an important part of my life. I believe in a balanced lifestyle and the positive effects exercise has on a person’s physical and psychological well-being. As a passionate spin instructor for the past 20 years, my role is to motivate and empower individuals to continually challenge themselves. With an extensive healthcare background and experience in teaching, I use the best of my knowledge and experience to help others achieve their goals in a fun and rewarding way.

Credentials: Master’s in Health Administration and Master’s in Business Administration. Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, Certified Spin Instructor, Basic Life Support; Interests: Biking, Paddle Tennis, Kayaking,Outdoor Activities and Travel

Diana Kratz, Yoga Instructor

Diana discovered Yoga about 17 years ago and fell in love with it. Diana had the pleasure of sharing her practice with students from ages 3-80+, locally in gyms and in resorts around the world.

Besides the strength, flexibility and openness yoga has taught her, it has also showed her how to slow down, to be more in the present and to live each moment more mindfully.

Diana looks forward to you joining us at The Training Center, practicing mobility and stability, connecting Body, Mind & Breath.

Education: Diana is a certified Yoga instructor through YogaFit, ACE, Foundations of Group Exercise, Silver Sneakers, Functional Strength & Balance Solutions, Yoga for Athletes, as well as Pilates & TRX. Diana will lead you on a journey using Yoga to enhance body awareness and stable range of motion, increasing mobility and flexibility. She will flow with the breath through standing and balancing asanas, eliminating stress with final relaxation. Check the schedule for class times & location.

Kelly Riddle

Kelly has been teaching and creating fitness classes in the community for 29yrs. and personal training for 15yrs. As a former police officer, she taught fitness segments in the municipal police academy and worked closely with the community to educate residents. Her experience as an officer afforded her numerous opportunities to be formally trained in influencing people to make healthy choices and understanding why people make bad choices.

She continues educating herself everyday by reading the latest in exercise research, looking at the trends in the industry and attending a variety of continuing education courses.

Kelly is a NETA Certified Personal Trainer, a NETA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and she is also Precision Nutrition Exercise & Sports Nutrition Certified.

Kelly holds a BS Communications from Ithaca College.

Kelly's Philosophy: Just as variety is the spice of life, Kelly believes the same about health and fitness. Her workouts and classes are created with variety in mind; not allowing the body to become complacent. Kelly is passionate about creating workouts that result in clients and participants wanting more (not wanting to quit). She builds her exercise programs with focus on form and function.

Kelly's Motto: Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. You never improve if you accept the status quo.

Nicole Skarbek

Nicole is a graduate of Slippery Rock University with a degree in Dance. While at SRU she got certified to teach group fitness and quickly started teaching just about every form of group fitness. Some of her favorites include spinning, trx, bootcamp and Bogafit.

Nicole also is a personal trainer and dance teacher. She is a fitness and bikini competitor as well as a car model and umbrella girl.

In her free time Nicole enjoys road and mountain biking, rollerblading, paddleboarding, yoga and hiking. She has a big garden and loves cooking healthy foods for her family.

Kristen Wasylson

Kristen is a mother of four and lives in Valencia. Kristen graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 1991 where she majored in Communications with a minor in Spanish.

Kristen started teaching group fitness classes in 1992. She is certified in step aerobics, boot camp, Pilates, yoga flow, spinning, kickboxing, sculpt, tone and stretch.

For over ten years, Kristen was a personal trainer, yoga, cardio boot camp at Treesdale Golf and Country Club. She taught yoga and boot camp at Baeirl YMCA and also was a group fitness instructor at Star-Styled Dance Cranberry from 1996-2003.

Kristen is a Certified Fit Body Coach and currently teaches at TTC teaching Yoga and Cardio Boot Camp as well as teaching yoga, spinning, personal training at Nu Age Fitness in Gibsonia. Kristen has a home yoga studio where she teaches yoga and sculpt.
