Spring Fling 30-Day Challenge

Summer is just around the corner and you know what that means….less clothing! Our Spring Fling 30-day Challenge will get you ready for warmer weather and outdoor activities. The program is self-guided, with detailed exercises in groups of Core, Upper & Lower body. Each group is performed on specific days with detailed reps and sets for each exercise. Rest days are included in the mix for each group.

An explicit definition of all the moves is provided, so no problem there! Just come in and pick up a copy for your comprehensive, total body work out! Always remember, in you have any questions, I’m here as a resource for you…..we want you to be successful in your fitness journey!
