What we’re doing at The Training Centre concerning COVID-19

To our valued staff and members,

I am reaching out with an update on what we’re doing to support our community.  First and foremost, the health and well-being of our staff and members is most important and I’m grateful to our suppliers that have helped keep The Training Centre open.

At this time, as an essential provider of health, well-being and stress relief for our community, The Training Centre will remain open doing business as usual.  That said, I am monitoring the COVID-19 situation daily, following guidance from the CDC, local, state and federal regulations and will continue to reassess and adjust as needed.

To help support a healthy and safe environment for our staff and members, I have put in place enhanced protocols:

*Asking members NOT TO ENTER THE GYM IS YOU ARE SICK.

*Reinforcing that staff stay home if they are sick or do not feel comfortable working.

*Asking members to wipe down all dumbbell handles, bars, weight collars and free weight plates.

*Having staff wipe down all door handles, common surfaces, light switches, etc. during their shifts.

*Limiting class size to 8 participants.

*Actively working to restock all of our cleaning products.

I will work diligently to support your health and fitness needs in these unprecedented times.  I am deeply grateful to our staff and you our members and hope that everyone stays well.

Hugs,

Sharon
